It's already the month of October! This flies. It has been a month.

October meant a lot. Hope this year's October will be among the best month of the year. InsyaAllah. :')

Life is again a little scattered. Trying REAL hard to dissolve myself in this. Trying REAL hard to be better each day. Improvements, by improvements. Toddler steps to searching the perfection. To follow the Prophet Muhammad's sunnahs. :)

You may be hiding behind the clouds, but soon with His will, you will be shining all day long. Providing warmth and light to everyone of your area of  influence. Have firm faith. Because He knows best. Al-'Alim. :)

P/S : May Allah bless these few steps, making us stronger inside and out. ;)

How is school/college/work going on for you? Hope everything gets better day by day. InsyaAllah. ;)

       Had been wanting to write on many things, but ideas just won't come, and due to time constraint, itsy bitsy of life couldn't be shared here. =/

A creation of obedience. :')

       Just so you know, the juniors are already here in Galway and Cork, safe and sound! 2nd Med lectures have started for almost 4 weeks up to date. May Allah ease this journey till the end of life. Amiin. Medicine isn't the hard thing to endure, it's life that is hard to go through, without His help.

       Done with Galway Excursion (GE), now life focuses on ourselves. Sometimes, being there for people but not being there for yourself is a bad thing to do! Am learning to balance between everything. InsyaAllah, each hole you fall in, will teach you how to be stronger, more masculine, to climb back out of the deep pit. He will provide, remember? :)

       That's it for today. Need to maximise my time of the day, for productiveness! And oh, let me introduce you to my new boyfriend : Sebbie The Nikon. :P

Sedang dalam 'mood' baharu. Semester baru, rumah baru, suasana baru. Alhamdulillah. Tahun Kedua sudah pun bermula, menampakkan wajah gorillanya!!! Lulz. xD

   Nahhh, this is just the beginning. Thousands of road blocks ahead, I'm pretty sure!

Berbalik kepada tajuk yang di terpahat atas, layakkah kita untuk menapakkan diri di kategori orang "hebat"? Mahu menonjolkan diri selalu, mahu dikenali orang ramai, mahukan popularity. Ikhlaskah perbuatan sedemikian? Tidak sama sekali! No, no and noooo!

   Islam perlukan kita? Tidak berkembangkah Islam kalau tiadanya kita dalam gerakannya? Atau kita yang perlukan Islam dan Allah untuk maju di dunia dan akhirat? Fikir-fikirkanlah. Dan ingatlah pada janji Allah yang pasti itu!

"And the worldly life is not but amusement and diversion; but the home of the Hereafter is best for those who fear Allah , so will you not reason?" [Al-'An'am 6 : 32]

   There are millions of people out there who are on their way to Jannah, and yet they aren't like you, wants Jannah, but never were on the right track!

   So what if you don't want to do da'wah to people anymore? So what if you feel like being just those regular people, who repeat the exact same thing daily until the very last day of their breath? Do you think it will be Islam's loss or yours? You have the answer in your head already. Senyum, tak perlu kata apa-apa. :)

Eid Mubarak!

Assalamualaikum wbt. Peace be upon you. :)

Ramadhan has ended. That was the last iftar from the blessed Ramadhan, 1433Hijri. May Allah accept those ibadahs and supplications from us, sincerely. Taqabbal Allahu Mina wa Minkum. InsyaAllah.

       May the 29 days of Ramadhan bring great and tons of positive impacts on our life. Syawal is the month to supplicate and applicate those learnt tarbiyyah. Personally, I learnt best to be patient this Ramadhan. To bite my tongue more, and say less. InsyaAllah, hope this lasts. :)

       Happy Eid Mubarak to all the muslims! 1 Syawal 1433H. Forgive me of all the inappropriate or maybe hurtful actions to you, be it with the heart, the words and etc. I sincerely am sorry of the khilafs done. Lets forgive and forget always. Allah loves people who does this. In fact, we should do this everyday before going to sleep. Never keep grudges, it ain't good for your heart. ;)

P/S : Don't forget to revive the Eid morning with sunnahs of the Prophet. ;)

Dhuha Talk with Ustaz Don :D

Assalamualaikum wbt.

Just got back from Ceramah Dhuha in Surau Madrasah Ihsaniah, Ampang Jaya. Located just 300metres from home. ;)

   While all the input is still fresh in mind, I figured out, it's best to share. Hee. Plus, the excitement of meeting Ustaz Don Daniyal is still here! This is super dream come true! Allahu Allah. He really knows when to grant me wishes which I myself aren't acknowledged of. :')

   This was officially, the first religious talk I've been to in Ampang, as far as I remember, ever since I was born. *Exaggerating. :P* Don't get me wrong, Ampang has been receiving lots of Ustaz/Ustazah since many years ago. Even TGNA and TGHA, and UAI had been here in Ampang, but those places weren't as mobile as the surau near my place. *excuses*

Alright, lets get to the points of Ustaz Don's delivered talk. :)

1.  Nuzul Quran. The delivery of 5 of the verses of Surah Iqra', to Rasulullah(pbuh), the acknowledgement of his prophecy, from Allah, via Jibrail A.S. Rasulullah ran back home, down the cave he was hiding in and was shivering as a result of the being shocked, meeting Jibrail and was forced to read(Iqra').
2. The description of the angels. Jibrail A.S. was described to have 600 pairs wings(600 each left and right). And Rasulullah described, when he saw Jibrail, it made Rasulullah stunt, because those wings covered the whole universe. And that's only a pair of wings, 599 pairs still kept unspreaded. SubhanaAllah. I could hardly imagine the size of Jibrail A.S. To WOW us more, Ustaz Don explained further about angels. Jibrail told Rasulullah, thay there is another angel bigger and stronger than it is, that is the angel named Israfel. The angel who will blow the final "trumpet" that marks Qiyamah(D-Day). One pair of its wings is equal to 600pairs of the wings of Jibrail. SubhanaAllah, AllahuAkhbar! Not only that, there are 8 more angels that are more powerful than they are. Refer to Surah Al-Haaqqa [69:17].
3. The story of 3 cousins. Abdullah bin Jaafar, Hasan bin Ali and Husin bin Ali. Bani Hashim, Quraisy, the families of Rasulullah. The 3 of them traveled to Makkah to do their Umrah. On the way traveling back to Madinah, they lost their camel which carried their whole food supply. Feeling hungry and thirsty, they stopped by a house of an old woman. They pleaded for a drink and food. The old woman, with pure willing-ness, offered them goat milk and offered to sacrifice and cook the goat, the only goat/source of food of her house, for the trio. They ate and drank, and thanked the old woman for her kindness. They invited her to their homes if she came to Madinah. When her husband returned, he searched for the goat, the old woman then told him the whole story about the young men. He then scolded and blabered longggg until, it was described that he had lost words to say after scolding. Long later, the old woman and her husband stumbled upon poverty. They came to Madinah to work as camel faeces collectors during the days and sell them during the night. One day, Hasan recognised the old woman and approached her. Unfortunately, she could not recall of the incident of the trio. However, Hasan decided to reward the old woman with 1000goats and 1000dinars. Husin did the same, and Abdullah bin Jaafar did double. In total, she had 4000dinars and 4000goats. That is equal to being a billionaire in this era of time!!! The moral of the story is, we must have clean niyyah(intention) in helping people, like the old woman. She did not even recall being generous to those young men in need. We must be ikhlas, and Allah will surely reward us, eveen if it takes 10 years or more. :')
4. Abdullah bin Jaafar and the slave of the family of Saiyidina Uthman bin Affan. One day, Abdullah came across the farm of the Uthman family. Abdullah saw the slave eating bread and giving the same amount of bread he ate to the watch dog in front of him. Abdullah then question why he does so, as the family of Uthman was well known of their high values of akhlak. The slave explains that he treats the dog, the creature, created by Allah, as his best friend, because the dog was always accompanying him in doing rounds in the farm, watching over the goats and lambs together with him. Thus, he will give the dog the same amount of food he eats. Abdullah felt moved by his explanations and decided to buy the farm and the slave. Going through several trials of discussion to purchase them with the Uthman family, they finally sold the farm and the slave to Abdullah, considering that he is the family of Rasulullah, but they were full with sadness. This is because the slave was born and grew up with the family and the farm was their precious inheritance. Abdullah then freed the slave and gave away the farm to the slave as a gift. Immediately after that, the slave said, as it was gifted to him, he wants to wakaf it(gift it) back to the Uthmanians. This shows how loyal could a servant be to his master. Are we loyal to Allah? ;(

   These weren't the full content of the talk Ustaz Don gave. But, these are the most impactful ones I remember. May Allah bless and may us take lessons from each of these stories told. InsyaAllah. ;D

   It shall speak for itself. Hee. Too lazy to elaborate much. Felt like dumping everything in mind, over here, but I know this isn't and not going to be, the best place to do so. Allah is the best place to seek help and only to Him, I seek. My He ease these days in Ramadhan and those future coming days. Ameen. :')

LOL), be patient, He knows what's best for us, each and every second of our entire life! Everything is well written, our fate is already in His books since before we're born, what we could do is to ikhtiar(try our best), du'a(supplicate), and tawakkal, leave everything for Him to decide. 'Cause He is the All knowing, remember? ;)

WOW! 2012 : Faith Renewing Experience :')

Bismillahir rahmaanir rahiim.

First and foremost, Alhamdulillah, after being in the technical organising team of WOW! 2012 for more or less 5 months, the programme went WOW-somely! Syukran Ya Allah. :D

   After years of being a participant in various programmes here and there, this year I was placed and provided a chance by Allah to be in the organising team. Indeed, I've learnt a lot in being a facilitator and a committee member. Every experience counts. Indeed! Alhamdulillah. :D

   Frankly speaking, I wasn't having the optimum confidence earlier on in the programme. I actually had thoughts on focusing only on my job in the promotion & multimedia team aka photographing and documentations. Eventually, I managed to pull through, doing partial job for both! Hee. :)

   Not to mention the exhaustion. But, I loved what I was doing, so tiredness wasn't a big matter. DSLR seemed to be an obsession of mine, that never seem to disappear. Once in hands, it's uncontrollable. I'd be glad if you could buy me one for my next birthday. Because, I'm saving up for a car in Taiping, so DSLR would be great in addition to my gadgets. I want a Canon EOS 1100D! No Nikons please, they are super heavy. *exaggerated demands* Hihi. :P

   After all, we are doing this for Allah, aren't we? Constantly, refresh and renew our niyah (intentions), and may Allah bless every niyah we make. Alright, lets stop blabbering and lets get to the main point!

   In 4 days 3 nights, much knowledge were gained and shared. The thing that struck me the most was the knowledge I assumed I had, but in the end, it was never enough. Endless learning process of life! Huh! As of what Allah mentioned in Surah Al-Kahf, Verse 109 :

"Say, "If the sea were ink for [writing] the words of my Lord, the sea would be exhausted before the words of my Lord were exhausted, even if We brought the like of it as a supplement."

    We had talks from Ustaz Hasrizal (Islam Heritage or Choice? & Fiqh Overseas), Ustaz Ridha (The Ambassador), Ustaz Amin (Open Your Eyes), Ustaz Dasuki (Heart Clinic), Brother Shah Kirit (Comparative religion), YB Dr. Halimah Ali (Excellence) and not forgetting the student forum panelists such as Brother Amin, Hazman Baharom (student in University of Manchester), Amalina Zulkiflee (student in University of Southampton). Of course, these are not only the activities in WOW! 2012! :D

   Apart from being briefed in talks about life challenges overseas, students were also exposed to the physical and mental games that involves the fiqhs of travelling. For example, the khuf, the wuduk, the solat, the qiblah, halal and haram foods, and etc. Further more, participants were divided into respective groups that focuses on the places/universities they are heading to, and representatives from each universities shared particularly everything the participants wanted to know about the places they are heading to.

   But, wait a second, what's so WOW about WOW! 2012???

Ungrateful monster!

Bismillah.

Today, I discovered the ungratefulness side of me. It's neither a bad thing nor it is good. =/

   I have always envied other people's complete life, but never did I see the "complete"ness of my life in an angle. Baba, mama, I'm so so so sorry. This is a norm of a teenager, always wanted what's perfect for their life, never wanted to give a perfect life to others. Dunya is so deceiving. Allahu. ;(

   Let's reflect upon our hearts. Do we often look too high and never looked down? Be grateful of what you have in life, there are millions of others who doesn't have what you have. ie Palestin, Syria and etc. But this doesn't mean you should not carry out improvements! A reflection of a mirror is all we need. Insya-Allah, may He guide us through this witty place called the dunya. Towards Jannah! Amiin. :)

I missed this place pretty much! :')

P/S : Allah never burdens a person out of his abilities. He is the Almighty, the All Knowing. Allahu 'alam. :)

My stomach is growling like a thunder. Lol. Hungry late at night, or I suppose it's already early in the morning? Haha. The consequences of not finishing my lunch during the day time. Aseef rice, sorry for not finishing you. ;(

Appetite goes haywire, so does my mood. It went worst these few days. I seem to lose control over myself. My nafs is controlling me. Allah, please cleanse all the sins made, and clean my heart. I want to be strong again, to achieve what I've planned to achieve, this summer in this hometown of mine. Astaghfirullahal 'azim. Forgive me Allah. ;(

Anyway, Nifsu Sya'aban is a few days away. Lets appreciate it while it is still here, while we are still breathing. Lets prepare ourselves for the Holy Ramadhan ahead. Insya-Allah. :')

Past. Present. Future.

Just a short update.

Sometimes, we think too much. Too much of our past and future, that we don't live our present life in the best way that we should. Worry too much about what happened, and what's going to happen, but not what's happening. How could life be easy then? Blame ourselves for it.

Let's make it easier, stop being hard on your soul. Live today with Imaan, move on and learn from yesterday, to plan for tomorrow. Insya-Allah. :)

Alhamdulillah. Subhanallah.

1. At Last.
       Alhamdulillah. Ahhh, I feel so happy that I'm finally, REALLY enrolled myself in a driving academy. :D *stop that WHAT face! Yes, I know I'm 20 and its NOT too late to get my license done okay :P*

2. AtLast.

       Wonder why the second subtopic is Atlas? My head was just popping out weird things at this point of time (late night). But, this sudden idea came to me to write on the Atlas, the world.

       We all know what an atlas is, right? I pretty sure you do. If not, please use Mr. Google for the most precise answer(s). The word "Atlas" itself means a few different things. In medical terms, the Atlas is the first cervical vertebrae (backbone). My Anatomy lecturer once mentioned that it was named after Atlas, the Greek titan whom supported the globe (myths saying its heaven) with his head, neck and hands. Therefore, it is very closely related to the first cervical vertebrae that functions as the main head-neck supporter. So, that's a brief story related to Atlas. After all, nothing beats the power of Allah the Almighty. Allahu Akhbar!

       Atlas in another context of meaning is commonly known as World Atlas, the world map. So, what's with this world atlas yo? Lets do a tiny elaboration on it, shall we? iA :)

       Lets go straight to the point - Al-Quran. That's our Atlas of all the atlas we have in life as a muslim. What do you want to know about the world? Al-Quran has it.

"(He) Who made the earth a bed for you, and the heaven a roof, and caused water to come down from the clouds and therewith brought forth fruits for your sustenance; so do not set up equals to ALLAH, while you know." Surah Al-Baqarah (2) : 22

About the moon and the Sun? Al-Quran has it.

"It is He who made sun a lamp, and moon a light and measured stages so you know number of years and count (of time)." Surah Yunus (10) : 5

What else do the Quran not have? Just say what you want, Quran is the Atlas of Life. Masya-Allah. :D


P/S : Irritated eyes for almost a week now. Can't stop rubbing my eyes every second. Red eyes, non-stop tears filling my eyes. Oh lysozyme don't seem to cure it, nor did Eye More. Kaffarah dosakah Ya Allah? Astaghfirullahal 'azim. ;(

Earthly Realities

Bismillahirahmannirrahim.

Been away from blogging for almost a month to date. Alhamdulillah, Thank Allah for still providing the strength and the heart to brainstorm-write. :)

       So, guess what? I'm home, I'm back in Ampang! :D

3 of 4 of FiFi's kittens. :3

Everything was so exciting at first, but as days passed by (I've only been home for a week) and everything seems to be just saddening. This Malaysian community gave me a "culture shock". It's not like I'm not used to be in such surroundings since I grew up, but it's such a shock to return from a non-muslim country (a non-comfort zone) to a muslim country "by name" (a total comfort zone). I don't think I should further elaborate on the term "by name", you should be clear if you've read and seen enough of your beloved country. Heh. No offense. :)

       Many would say, don't complain too much, stop whining and do your part instead. And my response would be, Complaint and be the change! Nothing is wrong with complaining, if you really want something to change. Complain and action, must come tagging along together. In this point of view, I see ideas coming from the youths as constructive criticisms. The world will be in the hands of the next generation, so lets make our du'a that we, the younger generations, could be the best among the best of the world leaders to guide the people of the nation to taste our beautiful Deen of Islam. Insya-Allah. :)

       Ireland was after all a dock, where we stop to refuel and do a muhasabah on ourselves before we depart back to our homeland, to bring in changes, and next to Yammul Mashyar, where we meet our Rabb. Do we not want to meet Him? I want to! ;)

So, Respiratory System module is off the list! Alhamdulillah. I could really feel less burdened now. Phewww! All we must do now is pray hard, leave everything to Allah swt. For He is The All Knowing of what's best for us. Bismillahi tawakkaltu 'alallah. Insya-Allah. ;)

   The after Respi syndrome? Salthill visit, yeah! Couldn't resist to jog in the beautiful weather today. I just miss Salthill too much. Hehe. Apparently, the spring season isn't over yet. 'Cause the flowers are blooming fantastically under the Sunlight. Subhanallah. :DDD

P/S : One more module paper to go and we're done. Praying hard that I would hit over every target I've lined out for the semester and year! Insya-Allah. May Allah grant my du'a.  AND! I am also missing Ger so so so badly. Come home Ger. ='(

It's MAY already. YEAY! :D

       Currently I am busy with EVERYTHING. Studies, Exams, Life, People, Work, and etc. Managing my time for every bit that comes into my life. Aiming for Jannah. Jannah. Jannah! Allahu Allah. Remind me when I'm not on track, remind me when something good happens, remind me about You always. I ♥ ALLAH! Allahu Akhbar!

       I refuse to blog about Bersih 3.0. I ought to view it from a wide perspective. That bigger scope is the most important part of life. May Allah ease our journey throughout life. Let this be a reminder to myself and people around me, that Allah sends us to be khalifah on planet Earth, to be the guide to ourselves and be the guide for the ummah. Cleanse our niah (intention) constantly. Muhasabah muhasabah(self-reflect)! :)


Allah mentioned in Surah Al-Baqarah(2), ayah 30 :

"And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority." They said, "Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?" Allah said, "Indeed, I know that which you do not know."

Anyways, I'm loving these two songs. Do hear them. MUST okay! Teehee. :D

P/S : Not saying that I'm on the fence (atas pagar. LOL!), but you must be having your own initiative to seek for the truth behind everything. I would love to be a friend that reminds, but you decide your actions. Wallahu 'alam. He knows best. ;)

Alkisah pertandingan tarik tali.

Bismillahir rahmanir rahim. Assalamualaikum wbt.

Baiklah. Hari ini kita akan berbicara menggunakan bahasa ibunda kita, iaitu bahasa kebangsaan atau ianya lebih dikenali dengan Bahasa Melayu, segelintir masyarakat sudah memulai membahasakannya sebagai Bahasa Malaysia. Terpulanglah kepada individu. Tetapi bagi ana, istilah Bahasa Melayu itu lebih sesuai diguna, bagi melambangkan bahasa ciptaan/milik orang Melayu, sebagaimana Bahasa Tamil dan Bahasa Cina dikategorikan. :)

"Like a rope pulling contest. When both sides have the equal amount of strength, the force of tension on the rope will eventually split it apart. And there it goes, disconnection between both the sides. But, each gets only half. So, when will it ever be a rope of full length again? Never. Wanna stay united? Stop pulling and be on one side instead!"

      Jika ramai yang mengutarakan pandangan tentang kisah kebanggaan keMelayuan mereka, ana ingin menyentuh sedikit sebanyak mengenai perkara-perkara tersebut. Mungkin ramai yang telah melabelkan ana sebagai Melayu celup ataupun "Melayu yang tak Melayu sangat". Mengapa? Kerana ana tidak bersemangat Melayu berkobar-kobar seperti mereka?? Tidak sama sekali. Memang, ana bukan 100% Melayu. Dan ana tidak pula menyatakan perasaan bangga ana untuk tidak dilahirkan sebagai bukan 100% Melayu, kerana bagi ana lahir dalam Islam, agama yang syumul itu lebih patut dibanggakan daripada dilahirkan dalam bangsa Melayu kah, Cina kah, India kah, Korea kah, Arab kah, Eropah kah dan seterusnya kah...(endless races in the world. LOL.)

      Kini kita dapat lihat, ramai yang suka mempertahankan hak keistimewaan Melayu di tanah air kita. Ana tidak menafikan bahawa bangsa Melayu memang merupakan pendekar-pendekar utama yang telah berjuang untuk tanah air kita dari zaman Kesultanan Melayu Melaka lagi. Dan dalam buku-buku teks Sejarah di bangku sekolah, kita dapat lihat, ramai pejuang-pejuang tanah air adalah di kalangan berbangsa Melayu. Ya tepat. Tetapi, adakah buku-buku teks kita pernah menekankan tentang sejarah perjuangan menegakkan agama Islam? Oh tidak dapat ana kesan pula. Mungkin kerana inilah, pelajar-pelajar bersifat lebih menekankan "Melayu bangsa dijulang". Pada hakikatnya, semua bangsa sepatutnya diraikan. Tiada pula surah atau ayat di dalam Al-Quran yang menyatakan tentang betapa mulianya bangsa Melayu itu.  Kalau jumpa, bagitau lah ana je. Selamat taddabur Al-Quran. :)

      Bagi ana, Islam itu yang sebenar-benarnya mengangkat darjat sesuatu bangsa. Contohnya seperti bangsa Arab, yang dimuliakan Allah dengan kedatangan Islam, telah menghakis akhlak-akhlak jahiliyyah dan membawa akidah Islamiah. Memetik ucapan Saidina Umar Al-Khattab, “Kami adalah kaum yang Allah muliakan dengan Islam. Jika kami mencari kemuliaan dengan selain Islam, Allah akan menghinakan kami”. Di sini, kita dapat lihat bahawa tiada bangsa yang mulia, jika Islam tidak datang memuliakannya. Oleh itu, muliakah bangsa Melayu tanpa Islam??

      Seringkali, ramai yang menyentuh tentang isu peluang pendidikan dan ekonomi melalui hak keistimewaan orang Melayu. Topik ini agak sensitif untuk dibicarakan (disebabkan ianya berada dalam perlembagaan, so....?) , tetapi ana mahu juga mengutarakan pendapat ana setelah sekian lama memendam idea. Pernah ana berdebat dengan ramai orang, termasuklah facilitator BTN ana sendiri (habislah kalau Abg Man baca). Isu biasiswa dan hak keistimewaan orang Melayu. Ya, ana tahu, jika bukan kerana adanya kuota untuk pelajar Melayu, mungkin, MUNGKIN, ana dan kawan-kawan sebangsa ana tidak akan mendapat peluang seBESAR ini untuk melanjutkan pelajaran ke luar negara atas ihsan biasiswa. Tapi, kita siapa hendak menentukan nasib dan takdir? Tuhankah kita?

      Adilkah dengan mewujudkan kuota ini, yang sangat sangat sangat menyekat perolehan bantuan kewangan bagi melanjutkan pelajaran bagi mereka yang berbangsa bukan Melayu? Ana telah berkawan, bersahabat dengan pelajar-pelajar bukan Melayu sepanjang tempoh ana bersekolah. Ana bersekolah di sekolah Cina dari Darjah satu hingga Tingkatan 5. Maka, dengan ini mungkin anda akan mengatakan, "Ahhh inilah sebabnya dia tak Melayu langsung, patutlah, tak berbudaya Melayu." Satu respons sahaja dari ana : "Perghhh!" Tetapi itulah manusia, bersikap judgmental. Lumrah? Mungkin lumrah Melayu. LOL. *no offense* Buat pengetahuan saudara-saudari yang dirahmati Allah, ana dilahirkan dengan fikrah Islam, keluarga ana Islam, berbudaya, bertutur bahasa Melayu. Tetapi budaya Melayu tidak pernah ditekankan didalam keluarga, kerana ayah ana tidak melatih kami untuk menjadi Melayu, tetapi untuk menjadi Muslim. :)

      Okay. Berbalik kepada ceritera biasiswa. Ramai kawan-kawan ana yang mendapat keputusan cemerlang dalam SPM, tetapi dalam sekolah ana, hanya ana seorang sahaja yang mendapat biasiswa kerajaan. Mengapa? Sebab ana berketurunan Melayu dalam IC, dan kawan-kawan yang bukan berketurunan Melayu  harus bertarung, eh, berlumba-lumba, eh, ber-compete, untuk placing biasiswa yang sangat sedikit. Walaupun results mereka gempak!? Lebih gempak berbanding ana dan kawan-kawan ana yang telah fly barangkali. Dan ini dikatakan adil? Alasan yang ana selalu dengar adalah : Bangsa mereka sudah kaya, tidak perlu disponsor lagi, Melayu masih perlukan bantuan kerajaan. Hakikatnya, penyumbang cukai pendapatan tertinggi di Malaysia adalah bukan Melayu! Disini ternyata dengan jelasnya, bangsa kita sangat dependent kepada bantuan dan subsidi kerajaan. Dan kini, ana lihat, jika bantuan dikurangkan sedikit, akan ada pihak yang melatah sini sana, memperjuangkan "hak keistimewaan" mereka. Dari sini lah kita boleh lihat, mengapa Melayu itu masih ketinggalan. Kurangnya semangat kompetitif dan banyak bergantung kepada pihak kerajaan! Sepanjang ana berpendidikan sekolah Cina, semangat kompetitif lah yang telah disuntikkan. Alhamdulillah, ana sangat bersyukur kerana telah berpeluang untuk berada di dalam persekitaran yang sedemikian, yang telah menjadikan ana seorang yang banyak bergantung kepada usaha, doa dan berkat dari Allah Ta'ala.

      Dan dengan sikap sedemikianlah, ekonomi kita, orang Islam, masih tidak dapat menandingi mereka! Ponder upon it. Ana tidak menuding jari ke arah pihak mana-mana ke atas isu ini, kerana ini takdir Allah bukan? Cuma yang ingin ana tekankan ialah, marilah berfikiran terbuka, bersikap adil, bersikap independent dan rely fully on Allah. Kita tidak layak merampas hak orang lain walau mereka tidak sefikrah agama sekalipun. Rasulullah tidak pernah menindas kaum bukan Arab atau Yahudi sekalipun di zaman kerajaan Madinah, bukan? Sungguh, Allah Maha Mengetahui apa yang dilangit, dibumi dan di antara kedua-duanya. Allahu 'alam. :)

"Wahai umat manusia! Sesungguhnya Kami telah menciptakan kamu dari lelaki dan perempuan dan Kami telah menjadikan kamu berbagai bangsa dan bersuku puak, supaya kamu berkenal-kenalan (dan beramah mesra antara satu dengan yang lain). Sesungguhnya semulia-mulia kamu di sisi Allah ialah orang yang lebih takwanya di antara kamu, (bukan yang lebih keturunan atau bangsanya). Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Mengetahui, lagi Maha Mendalam PengetahuanNya (akan keadaan dan amalan kamu)."  Al-Quran [Al-Hujuraat (49) : 13]

      Segala pendapat, buah fikiran, idea dan sebagainya amatlah dialu-alukan. Silakan. Mari kita menjadi mahasiswa yang berfikir, PEDULI, dan bukan mahasiswa yang "lembu" atau "kambing" atau ayam pun bolehhh. Maaf andai post ini agak panjang dan provokatif. Ini dari kata hati dan akal yang sedang membara inginkan keadilan di bumi. Hablum Minallah, Hablum Minannas. Jagalah hubungan dengan Allah, dan juga jagalah hubungan sesama manusia. Semoga diberkati Allah. ;)

P/S : Instead of emphasizing about our race, lets think about spreading the religion and words of Allah to people around us. Dengan Islam yang syumul itulah, akan tertegaknya keadilan dan segala kebaikan di bumi ini. Islam is the way of life, it's our DEEN! Masya-Allah. :')

Doa Menghadapi Orang Sedang Marah :
La ilaha illallahul halimul hakimu, subhanallahi rabbus samawatis sab’a wa rabbul ‘arsyil ‘azimi, la ilaha illa anta ‘azza jaruka wa jalla sana’uka.

Ertinya: “Tiada Tuhan melainkan Allah yang Maha Kasih Yang lagi Maha Bijaksana, Maha suci Allah Tuhan yang memelihara tujuh langit dan yang memelihara ‘arsy yang besar tiada Tuhan melainkan Engkau, sangat kuat perlindungan-Mu dan Maha tinggi perlindungan-Mu.”

Ertinya: “Ya Allah, janganlah jadikan musuhku gembira kerana kesusahanku, dan janganlah jadikan temanku membuat kejahatan terhadapku dan janganlah jadikan kemalanganku dalam urusan agamaku dan janganlah jadikan kepentingan dunia menjadi pusat perhatianku dan janganlah jadikan orang yang tidak berbelas kasihan bermaharaja-lela atasku, wahai Tuhan yang hidup yang berdiri sendiri.”

So, what is this week's progress?

   Nothing extraordinary, except for the fact that I had Renal MCQ Final Exam on Friday and the days in the week was definitely "filled" with lecture notes and textbook piling up on my table. Alhamdulillah, I'm grateful to still have the time and the blessed ability to learn. Syukran Ya Rabb. :D

   Anyway, apart from being all nerdy this week, I still had time to design posters, I mean, A LOT OF POSTERS on A LOT OF TRIAL BASIS. I did not realise since when I picked up this hobby of editing pictures and videos for leisure purposes. Hope this would benefit myself and people around me. Insya-Allah. Afterall, everything we do is for Allah, right? Literally, everything. :)

FORMULA 1

Despite of Seb's rough early races in this new 2012 GP's season, I still am a BIG FAN of Seb! ;D

Of time restrictions, I missed all three races in Australian GP, Malaysian GP and last week's China GP. Next would be in Bahrain, and again, because of the final exams, I will miss the next coming races until the end of May. ;(

P/S : I love F1, but that doesn't mean I'm obsessed with the sports. This is a hobby of mine, that takes away those tensions and bring about passion in me. And of course this comes second after the rememberance of Allah swt. ;D

Lillahi Ta'ala

Bismillahir-Rahmannir-Rahim. In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Compassionate.

Haven't had time to blog. Exams and bla bla bla. Ah, excuses! Where there's a will, there's a way! Make time, you lazy writer! Grrrr.

Fine.

   Time is too precious to waste, especially in this tertiary education level a.k.a. the university life. To make it sound more horrific, being a medical student, where life begins to become more "interesting". Hmmm. People may wonder, where had your time gone to? You go through the same routine as everybody does. You sleep, you eat, you study, you pray, you play and etc. What is there so different about you, for you to complain about not having enough time of 24 hours a day? Ah, typical homosapien, that's what we always do. Complain!

   Yes, we are in the state of feeling insufficient all the time. But you know what? Allah did mentioned in the Holy Quran about time :

"By time. Indeed, mankind is in loss. Except for those who have believed and done righteous deeds and advised each other to truth and advised each other to patience." [Al-'Asr (103) : 1-3]

    We all know this earthly life is just a dock or rather should I say, a shipping port, where our souls are temporarily docking, seeking for the Awesome-est eternal life in the hereafter, aiming high for Jannah (heaven). And much of our time, I must admit, mine too, are displayed of being invested on the Earth solely. Do we not listen and read and understand the words of Allah? We are sent down on Earth to be caliphs, to carry out our duties as the humble servants of Allah the Almighty, to worship Him, to seek His blessings.

   Hope at least a little of these small words from me could bring benefit. Insya-Allah.
